The General Data Protection Regulation University of Tartu Futulab (hereinafter “Futulab”) website https://praktika.ut.ee. Futulab is a voluntary internship mediator platform. The personal data uploaded by users onto the platform will be published on Futulab (https://praktika.ut.ee/uliopilased and/or https://praktika.ut.ee/projektipraktika).
Upon adding a profile, submitting a project-based internship proposal or joining a project in Futulab, users give consent to their data being processed in accordance with this data protection policy. Additionally, the policy does not cover personal data processing on unknown websites that are referred to on the praktika.ut.ee websites via external hyperlinks.

Futulab retains the personal data in profiles for up to six months or until users submit applications requesting their data be deleted. Internship offers are viewed on the website until the offers´ deadline. Submitted projects are sorted by the newest first and upon completion, personal data are deleted, and projects archived. In archived projects, the name and objective of the project as well as its activities and results will remain public.
