PAW’s for a Moment is a community-focused cat café built around wellbeing, animal welfare and meaningful social impact.  Our mission is to create a welcoming space where people can relax, connect and experience the therapeutic presence of cats. We are a small, international and tight-knit team that values creativity, initiative and open communication. At PAW’s, interns become part of the team, contribute their own ideas and gain hands-on experience through real projects. 

The business development and partnerships intern will support PAW’s in identifying new opportunities for growth, collaborations and long-term partnerships. The intern will work closely with the team to research potential partners, develop collaboration ideas and build relationships with organizations that align with PAW’s mission. This internship offers practical experience in business development, professional communication and partnership management while allowing the intern to contribute directly to the growth of a developing business.

The position would be suitable for a student studying Business, Entrepreneurship,

Management, Marketing, International Business or a related field.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong English communication skills.

• Is confident communicating with new people and organizations.

• Is organized, proactive and reliable.

• Has an interest in business development and entrepreneurship.

• Is comfortable conducting independent research.

• Can take initiative and present their own ideas.

• Works well within a small team.

Previous business development or partnership experience is an advantage, but not required.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Research potential business and community partners.

• Identify new collaboration and growth opportunities.

• Contact potential partners and introduce PAW’s and its activities.

• Assist in preparing partnership proposals and presentations.

• Help develop collaborations with universities, student organizations, local businesses,

charities and other organizations.

• Maintain communication with existing and potential partners.

• Research relevant market trends and opportunities in Tallinn.

• Help develop ideas for attracting new customer groups and communities.

• Support partnership campaigns and joint projects.

• Assist the team with business development planning and research.
